Some companies face the challenge, when a quality manager leaves the company or when a greater workload in the quality department will occur. It may also be small businesses that may not need a quality manager on a day-to-day basis but need to draw on external resources in quality work.
For such tasks, QMS-Consult offers to support the company daily. This allows the company to draw on an employee from QMS-Consult who gets a good knowledge of the company and who can act as the occasional quality manager or an additional resource in the quality work.
Several companies have built up management systems according to, for example, BRC, IFS, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, ISO 9001 or GMP+. A lot of resources are spent on maintaining the systems, which can be too extensive for many companies, especially small businesses. Other companies lack concrete sparring on the management evaluation or internal audit, so it may be useful to obtain some knowledge in these areas ad hoc, e.g. by QMS-Consult being responsible for conducting the internal audits.
An outsourcing process spans a longer course. If outsouring is needed, QMS-Consult prepares a specific contract describing the tasks QMS-Consult will perform in the company and the task will be invoiced at a predetermined price.
By outsourcing quality activities to QMS-Consult, you will be able to obtain, among other things, the following:
- Effective implementation of the outsourced area with minimal resource consumption
- Always up-to-date knowledge of food and feed safety, quality management, including legislation and standards
- Independent of personal stations in the field
- Minimum staff management in the outsourced field
